This website is operated by NEXTGEN MIND LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16341325, with its registered office at Centro House, 20-23 Mandela Street, London, NW1 0DU, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: info@nextgenmindltd.online, +44 7476 651941.
These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and to any purchase of goods (robots, components, kits) or services (courses, consulting, custom builds, architectural design) from us. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards and BACS Direct Debit. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers. For BACS Direct Debit payments, goods may be dispatched once the payment has cleared.
Delivery is described in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes on receipt of payment in full.
If you are a consumer, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for goods within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. To exercise this right, contact us at info@nextgenmindltd.online. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the goods back, using the original payment method. Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition; we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. This right does not apply to services already fully performed with your prior express consent, or to goods made to your specification (e.g. custom robot builds).
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If goods are faulty you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Electronic components and robots are supplied for educational and hobbyist use. Products containing small parts are not suitable for children under 8 and children should be supervised by an adult. Always follow the instructions supplied with each product.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses where you purchase as a consumer. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.
If something has gone wrong, email info@nextgenmindltd.online and we will aim to respond within 5 working days. If you are a consumer and remain unhappy, you may be able to use the alternative dispute resolution services available in the UK.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
